Three new product lines, 20% more company revenue
I launched three product lines into competitive international markets. In their first year they took 30% of their category and added 20% to the company's total revenue.
For business owners, in a familiar market or a new one
A landing page and an ad campaign to see if real buyers want it.
Then the product structure and scope for the build, documentation for the MVP, a working prototype and the release to market, done hands-on.
Former Chief Product Officer · ten years running businesses with a full P&L
Three steps, each ending with something you can open, click through or see running. The first two are one package.
I make a landing page for the idea and run ads to it. What the campaign brings back sets the scope: which screens go into the first version and which wait.
A live landing page, the campaign results and the MVP documentation for the build
I make the product in code and put it at a live address, so you and your first users click through it before anyone pays for the full version.
A working prototype at a live address, plus the repository
Landing page, ad creatives, four weeks of campaigns, launch posts and emails, and the funnel. I make them myself and then look at what came back.
A live landing page, campaigns that ran, and a report on what they brought
Usually one team checks the demand, another makes the product and a third runs the launch, and something gets lost every time the work changes hands. Here it stays with one person, so you explain your idea once. Well, maybe twice.
How I work: with AI agents, on a system I set up and run all my work on. Everything your customers will see, I check myself.
I don't name projects on this page. Ask about the details on the call.

I founded a coffee chain with its own dessert production. Next to the cafés I set up supply for companies and grew it from zero to 23 corporate clients.
As Chief Product Officer I owned it end to end. Three months after release 60% of the active user base used it, and enterprise contracts grew 25% in value.
The pitch promised guests wouldn't need an app. Two rivals already did that for free, so the two cheapest prices were dropped before the build. The prototype was at a public address within two days.
A coffee chain, esports clubs and a fitness center. For each I checked the concept, chose the site, took it to opening and set up the reporting the owners ran it on.
I co-created the business and franchise model of an esports club chain, wrote the first requirements for its software, sold the first franchise licenses and opened the flagship club.
Each has a fixed price and a written list of what I'll ship. From the demand check to the release: 17,500 USD plus your ad budget.
Two parts, sold together
Steps one and two from above: 4,500 USD for the demand check and the MVP documentation for the build, 5,000 USD for the prototype. Your ad budget goes to the platforms.
9,500 USD fixed
From 3 months
Each month starts with a written list of what I'll ship and ends with a check against it. The first three months are fixed, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
8,000 USD a month
One month with a launch list: landing page, ad creatives, four weeks of campaigns, launch posts and emails, the funnel and a report. No three-month minimum here. The ad budget goes from you straight to the platforms.
One month, 8,000 USD
Since 2010 I've been building things that didn't exist yet. I founded a coffee chain with its own dessert production, co-created the franchise model for an esports club chain, launched three product lines, then ran a product portfolio as Chief Product Officer. Since September 2025 I've been building and launching for clients myself. I've carried a P&L, so I ask about money early.
Thirty minutes. You tell me about the project, I tell you which package fits, or that neither does.
